Additionally, if you purchase your replacement filter from us, we’ll refund the full returned order amount, including the original shipping fee. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:
- The item must be new, unused, and in mint condition with original packaging.
- All original components (manuals, accessories, etc.) must be included.
- The return must be initiated within 35 days of receipt.
- A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.
Important: Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected, and no reimbursement will be issued.
How to Request a Return
1. Request an RMA Number
- Email us with your order number and the reason for the return to obtain an RMA before shipping the item back.
- The return address will be provided based on the product type.
2. Prepare Your Return
- Do not write on the original packaging.
- Securely pack the item to prevent damage during shipping.
- Remove any old shipping labels from the box.
3. Ship Your Return
- Take your package to a Canada Post outlet or any carrier that provides a tracking number.
- Use Regular Parcel Service (most cost-effective with tracking).
- Affix the new shipping label to the box (do not write directly on the box).
- Email us your tracking number for reference.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund & Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the original shipping fee.
- If you purchase your replacement filter with us, we will reimburse the total order, including the original shipping fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days after approval.
- Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your PayPal or credit card statement.
